Preferences for Command Center, Work Queue, Regional Situation Report, and other Project Management tools on this device. Account settings apply wherever you are signed in with Microsoft 365.
Appearance
Page style
Light — white surfaces with dark banner headers.
Default view on Project Detail and Field Mobile Job History. Saved to your account when signed in.
When on, the opportunity Activity rail appears beside the Job Set Up form in PM Variance. Off by default so Materials and other tabs have full width.
Work Queue
Your queue shows items assigned to you plus anything you subscribe to below. Pick a default status filter, then save.
Customer Desk
On the Known Customer page, this is what opens automatically once you pick a customer. Saved to this device. You can still switch actions manually with the tabs, and arriving from the Projects flow always uses New Project.

Command Center defaults
Applied when you open Command Center without saved filters on this device. Also sets your Work Queue branch subscription (Subscribed view) for mapped territories: Kansas City, Colorado, Florida, Arkansas.
When filtering Command Center by team, count jobs for former members as well as current roster.
Regional Situation Report defaults
Used when opening the report without a segment in the URL.
