Preferences for Command Center, Work Queue, Lien Waiver Tracker, Regional Situation Report, Field Mobile Update shortcuts, and other Project Management tools on this device. Account settings apply wherever you are signed in with Microsoft 365.
Appearance
Page style
Light — white surfaces with dark banner headers.
Default view on Project Detail and Field Mobile Job History. Saved to your account when signed in.
When on, the opportunity Activity rail appears beside the Job Set Up form in PM Variance. Off by default so Materials and other tabs have full width.
Work Queue
Your queue shows items assigned to you plus anything you subscribe to below. Status tabs and group format live at the top of the Work Queue page (sticky). Defaults here apply on first visit.
Customer Desk
On the Known Customer page, this is what opens automatically once you pick a customer. Saved to this device. You can still switch actions manually with the tabs, and arriving from the Projects flow always uses New Project.
Field Reports
Update shortcuts
Tap to add or remove items from your Field Mobile Update tab. Hidden types stay available here if you need them again. Saved on this device (per signed-in account).

Lien Waiver Tracker
Default is Open AP in CE (jobs with open AP vendors). Turn this on to limit the list to jobs that already have saved tracker vendor lines.
When on, jobs and vendor lines you hid still appear on the Lien Waiver Tracker (dimmed) so you can Unhide them. Same as the Show hidden control on the tracker. Saved to this device.
Opt-in only. Check this, save, then reopen the tracker to see the process overview once more. It turns off automatically as soon as the splash opens.
Vendor status dropdown
Customize the statuses shown in the tracker's vendor Status dropdown. Changes apply for everyone. A status still used on vendor lines is archived instead of deleted, so history keeps its label.

Storm Triage
Adds Open FCSR worksheet on saved territories, an FCSR toggle on the Storm Triage map, and a Sales Hub sidebar link. Turn off to keep Storm Triage on lasso / auto-lasso only.

Command Center defaults
Applied when you open Command Center without saved filters on this device. Also sets your Work Queue branch subscription (Subscribed view) for mapped territories: Kansas City, Colorado, Florida, Arkansas.
When filtering Command Center by team, count jobs for former members as well as current roster.
Regional Situation Report defaults
Used when opening the report without a segment in the URL.
