Add pictures of the equipment or damage — not required.
Walk the roof and narrate conditions. Tap Take photo when you want to document a location. When finished, the app transcribes your narration and builds a formal inspection report with photos placed by timestamp.
How a walk works. Start recording and just talk through what you're seeing. Take a picture, keep walking, take another picture, keep walking — then stop. Move to another spot on the property, start recording again, take a picture, speak, take a picture, and so on for as many areas as you need.
Every photo is stamped to the moment you snapped it and dropped into your narration at that point, so the finished report retraces your exact path across the roof — location by location, in order.
When you're done, you can grade the roof, add an executive summary, and generate a polished, client-ready inspection report to share with your customers.
Narrate what you see. Tap photo when you reach a point of interest.
Recording is paused and the mic is released — safe to climb the ladder or move locations. Photos already taken are saved. Tap Resume to keep narrating, or end the walk to build the report.
Based on this walk, what grade is the roof? The AI draft is pre-selected — change it if needed, then continue. You can still edit the grade on the report afterward.
