Default rates for the Time & Materials CR profile ticket on Pitch Revenue (projects.html). Labor rows are crafts billed per hour (e.g. Roofing Superintendent); Equipment rows are billed per day (e.g. 12K Skytrack). The rate set here auto-fills each ticket line and can still be adjusted per ticket. Free-entry "Materials Used" lines are typed directly on the ticket and are not configured here. Deactivating hides a row from new tickets without changing tickets already saved.
